Ross Haughton

Ross first got a taste for life on the water working on boats in Queensland, where he quickly developed a deep passion for the marine lifestyle. After several years on the water, Ross transitioned into the technology sector in Sydney, where he built a highly successful sales career spanning over 10 years.

During this time, Ross honed his skills in understanding complex client needs, building trusted relationships, and driving customer satisfaction—traits that he seamlessly brings to his role as a yacht broker with d’Albora. He takes great pride in guiding clients through every step of the buying process, from understanding their individual needs to finding the perfect vessel to suit their lifestyle. His extensive experience, paired with his knowledge of the boating industry, ensures that clients receive the best possible advice and the highest level of service.

Ross is based at Rushcutters Bay although he is happy to travel around the d’Albora network to meet and discuss your boating needs.

With over 13 year’s experience, Adam has gained extensive knowledge of the Industry, building relationships across Australia, the Pacific and Europe. Starting out as superyacht crew in Europe, Adam completed numerous Atlantic crossings and European Superyacht Regattas. He then captained yachts for some of Australia’s most discerning owners, and this experience gives him insight and understanding of the individual requirements for the ownership of any vessel – motor or sail.

Adam has also Project Managed extensive refits and new builds in both Australia and Europe, and owned his own yacht management business here in Sydney. He holds an AMSA Master 5, Yachtmaster Ocean Sail, STCW95 along with certificates in Superyacht New Build and more recently acquiring a Diploma in Project Management.

Adam is passionate about yachting, completing the Sydney to Hobart in 2019 and 2021 and numerous sailing regattas within Australia. When he’s not on the water, Adam is busy with his two kids and wife on the sunny Central Coast.

 

With a Bachelor of Commerce to set him up, Jeremy started his career in real estate. With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, selling property to buyers across the east coast of Australia, Jeremy has established rock-solid relationships with his clients and continues to build on those foundations.

Growing up in Sydney’s North Shore, spending weekends and school holidays boating on the Hawkesbury River and Pittwater, Jeremy was given a young introduction to how good life on the water really is, and his passion for boating has continued to grow since then. As a husband and father, now living in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Jeremy likes to spend as much time as possible cruising the stunning waterways of Pittwater and beyond.
