James Huggins

James is responsible for all of the companies vessel management, after sales and new boat warranty support and is also a qualified shipwright by trade.  James has been in the boating industry for over 20 years and is passionate about keeping our owners happy and updated and enjoy their boats.

With over 13 year’s experience, Adam has gained extensive knowledge of the Industry, building relationships across Australia, the Pacific and Europe. Starting out as superyacht crew in Europe, Adam completed numerous Atlantic crossings and European Superyacht Regattas. He then captained yachts for some of Australia’s most discerning owners, and this experience gives him insight and understanding of the individual requirements for the ownership of any vessel – motor or sail.

Adam has also Project Managed extensive refits and new builds in both Australia and Europe, and owned his own yacht management business here in Sydney. He holds an AMSA Master 5, Yachtmaster Ocean Sail, STCW95 along with certificates in Superyacht New Build and more recently acquiring a Diploma in Project Management.

Adam is passionate about yachting, completing the Sydney to Hobart in 2019 and 2021 and numerous sailing regattas within Australia. When he’s not on the water, Adam is busy with his two kids and wife on the sunny Central Coast.

 

With a Bachelor of Commerce to set him up, Jeremy started his career in real estate. With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, selling property to buyers across the east coast of Australia, Jeremy has established rock-solid relationships with his clients and continues to build on those foundations.

Growing up in Sydney’s North Shore, spending weekends and school holidays boating on the Hawkesbury River and Pittwater, Jeremy was given a young introduction to how good life on the water really is, and his passion for boating has continued to grow since then. As a husband and father, now living in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Jeremy likes to spend as much time as possible cruising the stunning waterways of Pittwater and beyond.

 

Growing up in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney, Peta has been around boats all her life.  With a background in real estate, Peta coordinates all sales, marketing and office activities and is the assistant to the CEO.

Peta is based at our head office at Rushcutters Bay Marina NSW.

Simon has worked across the globe building major consumer brands in the advertising, media and more recently in the boating industry where he worked closely with Fairline Motor Yachts UK and Australia.

His love of large boats has seen him work with some of the world’s leading yacht brands here and abroad.  Simon brings almost ten years experience in the boating industry to the team at d’Albora and is based between Victoria Harbour, Pier 35 and Martha Cove. Simon has a passion for boating, is entrepreneurial and prides himself on detail, service and execution.  When he can – he and his family are on the water enjoying the bay and its peninsulas. Simon is also a passionate golfer, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in Marketing.

Matt is the Head of d’Albora Marine.  He is a leading broker in Australia and is renowned for his local and international large yacht experience and sales.

Matt has 20 years industry experience with expertise in sales, refit, new build and charter of vessels up to 130 metres. He has been involved with numerous luxury motor yacht brands in Australia and previously held the position of Business Development Manager with leading aluminium shipbuilder Austal | Oceanfast (ASX: ASB) based in Perth.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business (RMIT) and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment (Kaplan). He also holds his STCW95.

Matt is passionate about the industry and is married with three children.  He is based between Sydney and Melbourne and regularly travels overseas.  He enjoys playing golf and following the Formula 1.
